Paradisus By Melia Salinas Lanzarote (Adults Only) Hotel Costa Teguise, Costa Teguise

Staying on Level 4 with a half board basis, I enjoyed a smaller sea view suite at this hotel, which I've visited twice before. The 2-bedroom suite had a huge comfortable bed, a super nice view, top-notch spa treatments, and acceptable prices, making it a pleasant stay overall. The staff was incredibly helpful and positive, adding to the positive experience.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while comfortable with good beds, lacked some expected features like complimentary water and high-end fixtures. Unfortunately, our door key was disconnected, leading to a less than pleasant interaction with Xavier at reception. However, as Melia Club Members, having two standard rooms connected with updated furniture was a unique setup for us.

The hotel offers excellent accommodation with modern, spacious rooms and friendly staff. However, the lack of air conditioning can make the rooms warm and stuffy at times. The location is superb, right by the beach with stunning views and convenient access to shops and restaurants.

The hotel room was amazing with great views and a sheltered terrace area, although lacking some 5-star amenities like complimentary water and higher-quality fixtures. The service was attentive and focused on making the stay stress-free. The location, while at the far end of the resort, offered a nice bar area and access to the level pool. The dining experience, although promising with all-day refreshments, was ultimately disappointing. Overall, a mixed but comfortable stay with friendly staff.

The room was decent but lacked the 5-star touch, missing complimentary water and having average fixtures. Interaction with reception staff, particularly Xavier, was disappointing due to his unhelpful attitude throughout our stay.
